Frustratingly still not broken the 50 minute barrier - despite avoiding the bottle-neck at Oxford Circus and not stopping at the cash machine, still only managed to get down to 51 minutes.
Next time, I'm going to wear my trainers and commit the cardinal sin of jay-walking, as stopping for traffic is clearly costing me dearly.
